Use over BETA GEL, DIRECT DELIVERY VITAMIN C, SEBA-E or HERBAL PIGMENT OIL. Apply one pump of Eye Tone around the eye, top lip and to the neck, spraying with HERB & MINERAL MIST before working into the skin.
